Not at all. The Licence Tracker is an additional tool. All existing services, cover arrangements, quotes and contact channels remain exactly the same.
You will receive email reminders at 90, 60 and 30 days before expiry, plus an urgent alert if a licence lapses. You can manage preferences from your dashboard.
Yes. Records are encrypted, access is password-protected, and we never share your data. Only you and authorised Matrix Shield administrators can view your licences.
